Delivery terms

We provide international shipping to over 111 countries (the package is delivered to the post office of your locality). The delivery time is calculated from the date of processing and confirmation of your order and takes 7-21 working days (the warranty period being 45 days). There are exceptional cases: pandemics, holidays, strikes, etc. when the post office fails to deliver orders on time. Please note that it is not within our competence to control the speed of mail transport, which in turn depends on several factors including the delivery terms according to the standards of the destination country.

The delivery fee may vary from 4 to 6 euros, in dependence on weight and FREE for orders over 50 euros (with a weight of up to 299 gr). Please take in consideration the limits of custom duties in your country before making an order.

Once the package is ready to be delivered, you will receive an SMS/e-mail with the tracking number which you can check here. The package can be picked up from the post office with the presentation of the identity document by persons who have reached the age of 16.

Attention! The package will be stored at the warehouse no more than 14 days after the receiving of notification. If the recipient does not show up at the post office within this term, the package is sent back to the sender. In this case, the sender does not assume material responsibility for the returned package. The products are delivered within the limit of the available stock. If one or more of the products ordered is no longer available, you will be notified of this by e-mail/sms.
