If you have placed a wrong order  (wrong product, parameters or delivery data), you can correct it within 24 hours. Contact us at info.eyeseduction@gmail.com and mention the order number and the data you want to be changed.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we can change the order details before shipping. However, if the order has already been shipped, the only solution in this case is to send back the package upon receipt. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

The consumer has the right to notify in writing via email info.eyeseduction@gmail.com that he gives up or wishes to change the product, citing the reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

The exchange/return request will not be accepted when: contact lenses boxes and/or maintenance solutions have been unsealed.  The product will be returned only in its original, sealed, undamaged packaging. The buyer will send the return products through the post office to the address indicated on the package.

Products value will be returned by bank transfer, after receiving the return products, within a maximum of 8 working days. Shipping and bank charges will not be returned, the buyer will cover all the costs arising due to the cancellation.

Products defections politics:

Refund & replacement are available only if the lens has a clear manufacturing defect. Please examine thoroughly before opening the package. You can examine the condition of the lens through the transparent outside of the blister and vial.

The definitions of manufacturing defects are as follows:

  - The lens is torn or broken in the SEALED package before opening

  - The lens is in odd shape in the SEALED package before opening

  - Each lens has a different color tone.

The process of Refund & Replacements of defective products:

Please take a photo or video of the defective lens in order to proceed with refund & replacement.

Send them to our email with the lot number of the lens.

Very sorry but without a photo or video, refund & replacement cannot be made.

There are 3 options of refund & replacement.

  1) We can send you replacements together with your next order.

  2) We can make a refund in your next order amount.

  3) We can make a refund right away by PayPal, or 8 working days via Bank Transfer.

In the below cases, Refund & Replacements are not available.

1) The lens torn or broken after opening

- Upon the opening of the package, we cannot determine whether the defect was caused before or after the usage, and refund & replacement will never be viable.

- Most of the breaks after opening occur by the careless usage such as scratching the lens by nails or making the lens dry.

- Please handle the lens with proper solution and tweezers when you open the product.

 - If you doubt the lens is defective, please take a video of the process of opening the lens and send it to us.

   After checking the video, we can send you a replacement.

2) The folded lens is not a defect.

- Shake the blister & vial if the lens seems to be folded or stuck in the package.

- Unfold the lens carefully with enough solution and tweezers if it is still folded even after shaking.

 - If you feel the unfolded lens has a problem, please take a video of the full process of unfolding the lens.

3) The personal feeling of irritation or discomfort.

- It is important to distinguish inner / outer surface of the lens before wearing it

- Most of discomfort feelings are caused by dusts, so please try again after cleaning the lens with solution.

- Please make your eyes not dry when you use the lens.

The lens factory examines all products very thoroughly several times using a microscope in the manufacturing.

Also, all lenses are examined again before we dispatch them from our office.

We cannot compensate for the unfair requests other than the manufacturing defect of the lens itself.
