If you have placed a wrong order  (wrong product, parameters or delivery data), you can correct it within 24 hours. You just need to contact us at info.eyeseduction@gmail.com and mention the order number and the data you want to be changed.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the order details before shipping. However, if the order has already been shipped, the only solution in this case is to send back the package upon receipt. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

The consumer has the right to notify in writing via email info.eyeseduction@gmail.com that he gives up or wishes to change the product, citing the reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

The exchange/return request will not be accepted when: contact lenses boxes and/or maintenance solutions have been unsealed.  The product will be returned only in its original, sealed, undamaged packaging. The buyer will send the return products through the post office to the address indicated on the package

– the value of the products will be returned by bank transfer, after receiving the return products, within a maximum of 8 working days.

– shipping charges will not be returned, the buyer will cover all the costs arising due to the cancellation.



The warranty only covers product deficiencies caused by manufacturing defects or hidden defects. Before unsealing the product, examine it in the light for integrity and the same color. If you notice manufacturing defects, immediately contact us by email info.eyeseduction@gmail.com or by phone/viber/whatsapp/telegram +37369657699 for the fastest solution to the problem. All deficiencies must be visibly photographed and submitted for review.

Our department will send the complaint form which will be forwarded to the manufacturer for verification. 

The deadline for resolving the complaint is a maximum of 15 working days.
